- This Registration or Online Order or Table Reservation, ensures you an agreement to the following terms and conditions
- Home Delivery orders / Over the phone Orders are accepted only when the customer’s delivery address falls within the permitted delivery zone of the designated Club Chapter 2 outlet.
- When the above is not satisfied and the Home Delivery Order cannot be placed, the Customer may choose to ‘Take Away’ (pick up) the order from the nearest Club Chapter 2 outlet.
- Home Delivery timelines may not be guaranteed on special days (political gatherings) and holidays such as New Year’s Eve, Ganesh Chaturthi, Vijayadasami & Christmas. Club Chapter 2 reserves the right to make changes to this list from time to time.
- Home Delivery may be temporarily withdrawn under conditions deemed unsuitable for the delivery personnel to deliver orders.
- Club Chapter 2 reserves the right to withdraw Home Delivery services with Payment – Cash on Delivery to any customer.
- From Customer point of view, orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either online or via call centre.
